Morgan Denault serves as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Riverfield Consulting, LLC. Prior to her current role, Morgan held pivotal leadership positions within non-profit associations, including the Director of Communications and Marketing, where she collaborated closely with the Board of Directors and Executive Committees on marketing initiatives and website designs. She also served as Membership Coordinator, where she skillfully created and maintained valuable relationships with clients and members, while also being responsible for event planning. She has successfully organized events in various locations around the world, including Switzerland, San Diego, France, and all across the United States. As a 2018 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Morgan's academic foundation is as strong as her professional accomplishments.

With a robust background in these diverse fields, Caylin, a 2019 graduate of Towson University, brings a unique blend of strategic vision, creative problem-solving, and impeccable leadership to every endeavor. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for nurturing partnerships, she has adeptly guided associations toward their goals, consistently elevating the profile and influence of the groups she's been involved with. Beyond her professional achievements, Caylin is known for her unwavering enthusiasm, exceptional interpersonal skills, and genuine empathy.
